surprised by the cleanliness

my family and i stayed for four nights. the room was cleaned daily with disinfectant, and it was clean, we loved that. the staff was friendly and helpful. access to the shopping center, underground, and bus made the location a great advantage.
the view from the room was of a wall, and the small window only opened halfway. there was no microwave oven in the room. the attendant did provide access to another room initially, but asked for the key back.
